Why can't I post in the For Sale section?

Due to persistant spamming of our site by people registering purely to sell something, we have implemented a "minimum post" requirement to the For Sale thread. This means that no user with a post count of less than 40 posts will be allowed to post a For Sale thread. Becoming a paid-up club member will lift this minimum post restriction however.

I have joined but I haven't had my membership pack and now I need my membership number to take advantage of the discounts available. How can I find it?

Open your "Public Profile" and click the "About Me" tab. Your membership number will be displayed there.

I've just registered but I can't post on the forum. Why is this?

There could be anumber of reasons for this. Firstly, check that you have activated your user account by clicking on the activation link that would have been emailed to the email address you used when you registered. Secondly, all accounts are manually verified by a member of the Admin Team, this is usually done within 24hrs, if it hasn't been done after this period then please open a Support ticket in the HelpCenter (accessible from the top navigation bar) where we will be able to deal with your query quickly and effectively. If all this has been done and you still can't post then please open a HelpCenter ticket ensuring to include details of where you are trying to post and we will be able to look into this for you.

How Do I Become A Paid Up Member?

There are 2 ways to join:

1. If you have paypal then click on 'User CP', and select 'Paid Subsrciptions' from the menu pane on the left, then just follow the prompts and you will be instantly upgraded to 'Club Member' status.

2. If you do not have paypal you can join by either sending a cheque, postal order or cash (if sending cash it must be done using recorded delivery, however, we don't recommend sending cash through the post at all). To find out where to send your payment please PM a member of the Admin team who will be only too happy to help
