You'll find that it's probably the resistor has corroded and melted, had the same in my old one and it set light to the pollen filter. If you go under the bonnet, pull the rear seal and remove the black plastic under the windscreen you'll find the pollen filter, unclip that and the resistor...
I've done much the same on my intake hose on my v6 (albeit it's still in a Vectra), I'm just too tight to pay Roose prices until they come up second hand in yellow to match my plenum hoses I'm going to fit.
That's come up awesome, one of those colours where the shine is really deep and satisfying once you've cut and waxed it :)
Do you have a link for the rear speakers? Mine have been dying for ages, time I changed them now.
Can I get a link to the number plate guy? As mine came from Horns of Stockport as well and I've been looking everywhere for someone to reproduce them :) I take it your plate ends NNB as well? :)
Wheels look great as well, really suit the mk3 :)
I've un-followed a lot of "respectable" car clubs, one that is heavy on good behaviour at meets (yeah ok), the guy that runs it did a burnout right next to a colleagues of mine pram with her little one in, shouting abuse when she dared question him on it. Just rammed with the pop and bang...
Welcome, that looks really clean, look forward to updates :) Turboshed is a blast from the past, used to come to local meets and was a great photographer, got a few good ones of mine and his together.
