    Oil spray jets

Have a few set of these, normally installed by us C20LET owners to help with piston/cylinder cooling.

These will fit into any engine, C20LET, Z20LET or even a high comp'ed XE if needed.

At present I have two sets but may be able to do more at this price if needed.

    Price is £20 deliverd.

    Please PM me.

Ok, a breif guide on how these jets are fitted, they arnt exactly for the faint hearted....

Firstly, four idntically sized holes need to be drilled in the mains apartures to accept the jets like so :

Then, a small trench (to fill up with oil) needs to be cut in like so :

This allows oil to flow up into the jet and be squirted onto the under side of the piston, without starving the main bearing of oil in the process. This is the top view of the jets angled upwards and outwards to wards the pistons :

And the finished product pressed into the freshly drilled hole :

This really is a job for an engineering shop, hope this helps.

*Thanks is given to Chip for blatantly ripping off his images of his block. I assure you that no royalty's have been or ever will be paid :lmao:
