Which fuel to use?

This isn't my main vehicle so I'm not doing many miles (3k last year) but I will try premium as I'd be interested to see if there's any difference.

A good idea (I use Redex in my van when I see it on offer) - I'll give it a try.

How silly do I feel! 6 months I've owned the car & pondered this question. There is, as you say, a sticker inside the fuel flap - every day is a school day .

I have a 1995 1.4 LS, is it okay to run this on unleaded or do I need to use an additive? I can see no reference to any cylinder head work in a fairly comprehensive service history. Many thanks, Angus.
