take your wheels off and clean them. Dry them and then basically stick a coat of polish on them! once done stick a coat of wax on. leave 30mins then add another coat

if yours is going well then all i say is 'if it aint broke dont fix it'

im happy with the way mines running at the moment, still gets hot every now and then (been in garage but still havent discovered why ) but its not causing any real problems at the moment.
