most standard c28xe make well over the bhp book value, go for that unless you can get hold of a very good redtop. As for tuning the c20xe has so much you can buy now that just bolts straight on etc for extra bhp, and so many have tuned them so info is widely available. Not as much out there for...

Make sure you have correct boost pressure for the phase 2 chips and the correct fuelling. Use an adjustable fuel reg to set fuel pressure. 3.5 bar is ok with phase 2 with vacumm off when you set it if engine is standard.
