c20xe head gasket problem

Hii just brought a 2.0 cdx with a c20xe engine, only driven it 180 miles, mint conditon when i started driving it. not ragged it (too much), but the waters gone murky (typical head i know), BUT, the ecotecs head went, so could it be left over gunk from that? any body know the best way to...
