exhaust manifold needed

hi all, does anyone in herts, or essex have an exhaust manifold lying around that they dont need that they would be willing to sell on as mine is knackered and it blowing, atm its filled up with gun gum to shut it up lol but need to get a new one asap, the car is a 1.6i 8v... thanks....mark
