not a fan of my fanbelt

Feel a bit of an idiot posting this,but my astra mk 3 fanbelt snapped the other week...it's the bog standard Merit model..1.4 cc auto..M reg 94..I've tried everywhere to get a replacement,but whenever I give them the plate number... nothing comes up on their systems..so all these parts stores...
