wiring help c20let sport

Right i have a 1997 R reg sport mk3 With a C20LET engine in it. The problems i have is the engine managment light is on and is telling me code 13 (low oxygen sensor voltage). Also the Fog lights stay on even if i take the switch out. And the trip computer doesnt work at all. When the car is...
