15" black cav slabs, in good condition, slight curbing but nothing major, 2 good tyres, 2 need replacing, currently on 205/55/15 tyres. pics going up soon

would you sell for cheaper without tyres? will 195/45 go on these also?
yeh 195s will fit on them, prob look better with smaller tyres too, make me an offer??
