you need cav/cally v6 or turbo front legs and use your astra shock inserts with top mounts.

on the rear its easiest to use cav v6 rear hubs as they are a direct replacement for the astra rear hubs

vectra rear hubs can be used but need modifying to fit correctly

it cost me about £150 to do conversion that was using v6 rear hubs, cally front legs, and new 284mm discs and pads

Oh and you are only down the road!!

yeah my offices are in milton keynes on mid summers boulevard so meeting you somewhere is not a problem.... if your interested then i can get all the parts sorted the fronts have just had brand new wheel bearings and hubs they were taken from a calibra turbo and the rears are from a cav v6.

Have a question, what about doing this to a small block engine, as I thought that the differences between small and big block hubs were the size (IE Big block are bigger), If i grab myself some Calibra front legs using obviously the astra shocks springs and topmounts, but would the drive shaft work in the hub ok??

Saab 93 brakes fit, they are 5 stud. I got some off a 2.0 the fronts are 284mm and the struts are the same as cavalier. The rear hubs bolt sraight on aswell

93s will be 288mm same as post 96 900s.

You can possibly use Astrag F17 inner CV joints, as they are used with big block outers for the 5 stud application.

Depends on the shaft splines compared to teh AstraG shaft (which is too long for a MK3)
