Im still waiting! last i heard the lady who hit me insurers were looking at images of my car and for some reason just examanin her car after a month! so i still have no money and no car back!

They usually pick up cars they deem not drivable or road worthy, but the car still belongs to you so you can demand it back, pending the insurance proceedures.

Keep on hounding them, every day if needs be, as you are now without your car. Demand results, dont get ****ty with them just persist, and they will eventually get sick of hearing from you and do something about it.

Yh still ringing them everyday not that gets me anywhere fone back wednesday i got told friday! there sick to death of me ringing lol lucky i got a courtesy car! keep you updated

well its still dragging on got a 50% payout and the lady still not accepting that she was to blame so it might go 50/50 and i still lose all my no claims so not happy lol
