get a sub frame from a mk3 and hold it to the bottom of a mk4 seat that you want even a scrap car one will do, and if the mk4 seat bolts's are on the bottom of the seat not on the side's like a mk3 you can easyly bend the hole's over. i did it to fit bucket seat's

Yes they do fit but you have to elongate the holes and use long bolts and space them out with washers to get them to line up and sit right, even then its still a squeeze to get them to bolt in!

Look much better seats than the mk3 seats, which are seriously crap, cossie seats can be made to fit btw, as measured up as fitting mine to astra when I've fitted me new bucket seats.

I'm wanting to fit seats from an astra G cabriolet into my Astra F cabriolet. Am I right in assuming I will just have to modify the frame on the G seats or do I have to use the F frames?
