So I was a member here donkeys years ago, think the last time I logged in was 2012, 3 years after I sold my last MK3 which was a P Reg CDX converted to 3.0 V6 with F20 gearbox.
And now, 8 years later, not only have I got a crappy 1.4 8v MK3 in my yard that I don't know what the hell to do with, I've also gone and bought back the same P reg CDX Astra MK3 that I sold in 2009!!!
I bitterly regretted selling it, but 2009 was the year the scrappage scheme came out and that put me out of business!!!
I mentioned to the guy that bought it, that should he ever want to sell it, that I get first refusal, and a week ago, that time came.
So now she is back with me, along with a daily driver MK4 Astra van 1.6 8v that gets driven hard everywhere, and also I saved a 3.0 24v Senator that had been stuck in a garage for 15 years from being scrapped, and now shes running again.
So, looks like i'm back in the MK3 fold
