hey,
Found a tin of back to black in the garage and thought why not try it as i didnt pay for it :laugh: my plastic black bumpers have come up really well.
Just a couple of questions, how long do you think it will last and it is basicaly an expencive tin of Mr Sheen as that what it smells like and feels like on my hands

apparently a heat gun works well on grey bumpers, just dont melt them!

sure i heard old engine oil too but never used this method myself :lol:

back to black is good for a quick fix but once it rains it will only last a week or 2
 
olive oil works just dont use the misses best stuff lol

i use engine oil or 3in1 but it dosent last long at all but ive never tryed peanut butter will have to give it a go
 
just tryed the peanut butter thing and was surprised by the result and cheap ay 19p a jar lol
 
might try the peanut butter even if that doesent clean them the local cats or kids licking the peanut butter off my bumpers will
 
actually I've found that tyrewall paint is better, paint it on with a brush lasts longer.

quicker to appliy, where as B2B gets very patchy

it works for 2 reasons

one, its abrasive and 2 it contains oil.

so any comnbination works well example, toothpaste & oilve oil

the abrashive cleans and cuts the oil gives the shine

but PB will make your car smell yummy !

might try the peanut butter even if that doesent clean them the local cats or kids licking the peanut butter off my bumpers will
