From what i've read it's likely that guy paid somewhere in the region of £80-100k EACH for those M3's.

And that's before he added the RS200 and Merc to the shopping list.

If i ordered a top spec beemer i would be excited about it minted or not, and would have at least driven it a bit! Can you imagine having two of these turn up and him just saying to the driver "oh just put them anywhere" then just not bothering with them? The RS200 would have made a dent whatever his balance! i bet he bought them and left them on purpose knowing they would just make money standidng still. I read in Practical Classics once a couple bought an old farm, only to find the barns were full of classic cars, when they sold them all it paid for the farm twice over!
