Is it just me or do they not want my business? I've rung three today to locate a new handbook for my Arctics... All said they'd ring me back by "X" o clock... Nothing.

Now, I know it's only £10 ish... But I bet if it was a flippin' £25000 Inshignia, I'd be jumped on like a gay guy at a BNP meeting.

I'm gonna have a peak next time I'm at my local breaker. Also, I think there's a CDX that had black leather so I'll nick the switches.
