Can anyone recommend a Bluetooth cassette adapter that works with the stock stereo? I've tried two different ones now and one they're inserted, the tape player immediately switches back to radio

There are posts online where people remove particular gears from the adapter to make the player think there's a real tape in there, but there are also posts saying that this doesn't work.

Alternatively can anyone recommend a Bluetooth head unit that's not to clingy and plugs in to the stock loom?

Most modern head units have Bluetooth now and 90% of them are just plug an play

I bought an Arsvita cassette adaptor for my sc 303 player in my 93 1.4i LS estate for £15 off ebay two years ago. Works a treat ! Alas they dont appear to be available on ebay anymore.
