Breaking spectral blue phase 1 GSI or whole?

It breaks my heart to do this but I really need the space back in my garage now and I dont have time to spend trying to sort this up.

I would sell complete if the offer was right but I dont feel anyone would offer what I need back for it as needs bodywork TLC and an MOT.

C20XE inc F20 gearbox. This can be sold in parts, just engine and box, complete etc.

NOTE: It needs a new sump gasket

Brand new C20XE GM cylinder head, all new valves, guides, studs etc (lifters was recon'd at same time) It has covered approx 30 miles since been done still looks brand new
Good C20XE bottom end that needs a sump gasket
Brand new elring head gasket
Brand new fai headbolts
Brand new timing belt kit (early)
Brand new rocker cover gasket
Standard cambelt and rocker cover + L plug cover
New spark plugs
Brand new clutch inc realese bearing
F20 gearbox with no whining or crunching
Both long and short driveshafts - needs one outter cv boot
C20XE loom in good condtion with ECU
Downpipe inc lambda sensor included
New inlet manifold and exhaust manifold gasket
SFI box, new rubber hoses x 2
AFM
Airbox
Coil, leads, dizzy cap etc
Both rad hoses (top one new)
Brand new crankshaft sensor
Alternator
Starter

£650 ONO (head cost me £600 alone!!!!!)

Brand new radiator from motor factor - £50 (paid almost £100 inc the vat) fan included

Stainless steel exhaust made by red dot racing, 6x4 oval tail pipe, centre box. Its a cat back but I have a sportex decat pipe thats included. It has been welded in place at the join above the backbox. I can removed complete or cut this so it would need sleeved back on - £150

256mm front brake setup, good calipers, brand new discs and pads (covered 57miles) - £50

288mm front brake setup, good calipers, discs and pads plenty life left in them (surface rust from sitting) £80

Suspension is 60mm springs with pi front shocks and standard rear - £60

Rear axle with disc conversion, inc discs, pads, calipers etc - £40 or can send just hubs

Astra Gsi 3 spoke leather steering wheel, clean - £30

Complete Gsi interior, seats and door cards - £40

Front bumper, inc towing eye and splitter (no fogs but holes for) ideally needs painted - £100

Smoothed gsi grille, clips are side broken - £30

Gsi bonnet inc vents - Needs painted but no rust - £40

Side skirts complete - £30

Rear bumper complete - £40

Gsi spoiler - £30

Gsi rear lights - £20
