C20XE fuel pump not running

Good Afternoon all.

I was really hoping I wouldnt have to post another 'c20xe' problems thread... but its got to the stage where ive all but given up on the project so I need to try and get some answers as to why I cant get mine running!!

Basically i've gone from 1.4 mpi to C20XE, and it is turning over but not running. When a live feed is connected to the fuel pump (i.e. at the relay) the pump runs, yet with the ignition on it does not. Ive tried a new relay and it made no difference. So for what other reason would the relay not be switching on the fuel pump on the turn of the ignition?

Any help will be very very greatly received. I just want to hear the thing running at last!!

It won't kick the pump in on prime(or cranking) unless it has a valid(good) cps signal, so I would check this first, unless you know it is sparking perfectly ?

Have u got the e/m/light working ? have u got a live feed and ign live and earth to the fuel pump relay i take it u havent had the c20 running in your car yet ? sorry for the questions dont know anythink about your car mate daz.
