Well I forgot about my renewal coming up it is due to expire on the 3rd October, I had my renewal quote from my current insurer this morning, now I know at my age and NCB I have that it never goes down but it has gone up by £58.40 taking my yearly premium to £262.40

Now I know to some of you that is really cheap but an increase of £58.40 is unacceptable.

So now the search begins for a cheaper premium.

Had a little time to spare so I’ve done a quote using compare.

So far the cheapest is the AA at £199.53
Protected NCB
£100 Excess,
Legal
Roadside cover.

Which isn’t bad I’ll try money super market tomorrow what is interesting my current insurer has come in at £205.88 which is £56.62 cheaper than there renewal I’ll be calling them tomorrow anyway to see what they will and can do.

The most expensive quote so far is £375.35 from admiral.

Well i've just done money super market as i'm still waiting for my tea to arrive.

Yet again the AA has come in cheaper at £138.59
Protected NCB
£100 Excess,
Legal

But no roadside cover plus it includes £30 cashback which will be reimbursed to you following purchase of policy

pays to shop around, the other thing ive noticed, go on the AA site and do one, might be even cheaper as the compare sites get a fee for it
