Bit sad i know but last time i did this it took about 6 hours! I did it today in less than an hour, all the glue gone and tcutted!! Well chuffed. Plastic ice scraper and a bottle of Auto Glym Tar remover worked quite well. Can anyone beat that?

Half hour, hairdryer and toffee wheel, piece of ****.

pretty sure mine took me a bit less than that. My glue just peeled off in strips

took me about 2minutes to debumbstrip, it was the glue that was a arse

i have 2 records -

longest time taken to take them off - 19months!

then time to remove the glue (1 minute per side with some special stuff i have) ;)

alright for some, my thumb went numb trying to get the scraper under the glue!! i was well chuffed i did it in an hour! Is it that bodyline stuff? I remember using that once, you put it on and a minute or two later the adhesive just wipes off?

mine basicly fell off  like 15 mins including time to get a camera and put up a vid for ian :heh:

even the glue? i had no troulble getting the actual trim off, just the glue.

Took me about an hour each side - but with the white colour-coded bumpers it looked really odd with the black stips on the tops of the bumpers and nothing on the body work......so an hour later, stanley knife & black vinyl roll, I had new bumpstips made from vinyl! :)

mines got the strips on the topof the bumpers, but its red looks better imo. They were starting to come off anyway.
