****ed off with egr valves

HI ppl, just like to say egr valves are shyt,sick ov cleaning my throttle housing ad a few astra sum good sum crap but this takes the pxxx any way cum up with a solution instead ov blocking it off ive bought a cav 2.0i 8v inlet manifold will this fit the stud pattern if not im gonna buy another engine for it its a 1.6 16v any 1 sellin decent 1 say 60 to 70 thou on it?

Yes they are ****. The new inlet I'm putting on mine (8v) doesn't have one
