Engne light on acceleration.

The engine light on the dash comes on when I accelerate. Any ideas?

When I first get in the car and switch it on, the light is off. Then if I pull away a bit spirited, the light will come on and stay on. It doesn't affect performance, but obviously I'd prefer it to stay off

Also, if I pull away gently, and drive gently it'll stay off, but the second I need to accelerate at a regular rate it pops on.

It flashes 10, 1, 3, 10...so I make that:

0130 - Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) Sensor.

Never heard of it

Ive got 1 on mine mate it just means heated thts all and in our language its a lamba sensor

Looked at it, it doesn't say X20XEV...just about everything else though!
