fitting 2 tone horn?

Hi all

is it poss to fit the better 2 tone horn from a vaux to a car with standard beep horn?? what would i need to do it ??

just unbolt the old one and bolt the new 2-tone horn on it place, you might need to make up a small loom to connect them both up

sorry to jump thread is a standard horn a requirement for mot or can i use my rally horn

iirc even a old squise horn will pass a mot, most rally cars have to pass a mot so it should be ok.

i believe as long as its notthing to loud (like a train horn, thanks youtube) or sounds like an emergency vehicle or plays a tune your fine

yeah, has to be a continuous tone, cant be a squeezie bulb one unless its pre1972 and cant be louder than 112 dB (though no MOT station has a dB meter)

no mate, doesnt need another relay, the existing one will be fine, just wop the new horn on and away you go
