all this talk about flip keys is makin me want one

i was thinkin about somethin like this for my mk2 vw golf, but is it hard to customize them to make them fit an can u customize them to fit any key?

i no this is a vauxhall forum but the mk2oc isnt a very good site an the mk3oc is very helpfull everytime

Might be of use if you get a picture of your mk2 key up. Although it should be easy enough to mod to fit. Do you know anyone with a flip key? that way you can check your key blade isnt going to be too wide to fit into the flip key.

you will need to use a bench grinder anyway to grind the side of the blade down so it fits in the plastic holder when shut
