- RE: The clear ones - They now use the same technology as in the new BMW 5-series E60, using 'Hella' technology - the bulbs are totally clear when not in use, but light up red (or amber whatever) when in use.
- They all come with all the bulbs and bulb holders

I take it to pass the uk mot you would have to fit two red reflectors on the back some place as I cant see any in the lights ??

Yyyyyes - you should be able to take it straight off your boring old original ones and whack it over.
Though to be honest, I passed my MOT without them, so depends how strict they are.

And yes, they are E-marked, so all legal.
