Headlight Flasher Issue

Hi all,

Im kinda stumped an could do with a answer, have been in my fuse box today and without manual was even more confused...lol

My headlights work just fine in all settings (dipped, full, etc) but do not flash from stalk on coloum which is a pain in the arse!! Any help even your a muppet and just need to change a fuse (what number?) would be good as away from home at me girls place and only had my Astra a week!!

It might be the stalk, mine was the same, although the flash would work for half a second if you wiggled it about. The flash runs on the same fuse as main beam

As said stalk issue, failing that it may have lost the ignition controlled permanent live that goes to that stalk for the flash function, but unlikely.
The stalks can be repaired with de oxit, but at £40 for 2 x 5cc tubes, a stalk is cheaper!!
The de oxit is used for repairing switch contacts on pricey electronic circuits/switches

Broken stalk for sure, had to change mine today for the same problem, plus a bit more.
