reaplce the rear arches, front doors and side skirts.

the corrosion has had its wicked way with them and im gonna have to trail down to the scrappies and find the bits i need.

its 2 rear arches, two side skirts and the front driver door.

how much time is this gonna take for a full repair etc.

paul0 is the man for this! if you've got the tools and the time, its possible to do a good job cheaply. the door can be a bitch to get off, if the pins are nice and rusty! skirts are a piece of pi55, and obviously the arches are a pain. what paul did was cut out all the rust, and weld new plates in, and then smoothed them into the original rear quarter panels. the thing is he has all the tools there, and the space to do it. if you haven't got the tools, then i'd get someone else to do it.

i know a mechanic who can weld, i would get paully to do it but i cant travel that far for such a small job.

i just realised your in scotland, ummmm! maybe not paul then! if you've got the time, a garage and another car to get you about, get yor mate to weld and then take your time and do it yourself. be cheaper, and more satisfying
