how hard to fit sills

i have just had a mot done on my car and been given an advisory note saying slight corrosion on both front sills. is thiss a big job replacing them as someone has told me it is expensive to get done

its not really an expensive job, its just time consuming. best bet would be to order 2 sills, then speak to someone on here and see about taking a trip to someones house and getting them to do it cheap for you.

Depends on how bad the corrosion is. If its just surface rust you might be able to get away withrubbing down and a respray, or cut a piece out and weld a plate in.

i changed both sills on my gsi not hard at all mate

not too bad, i did mine myself with no previous experience welding but i had all the right kit [ramp, decent welder etc.]
