Indicators on mk3 estate

hello , my sister owns a 1995 mk3 astra estate with a 1.4 8v engine , recently the bulb in the front indicator blew causing the other bulbs to flash faster . So she puts a new bulb in and everything is fine for about ten seconds . im clueless with electrics and wonder what would be the first place to check ???

do they work at all and have you checked the fuses yet mate

Hi, av you tryed the relay m8 could well be the problem

fuses are all ok , ill check the relay , can someone confirm its location ? ( im thinking square black box above fuse box )

When you say they are ok for 10 seconds do you mean it then blows the bulb again ?
If it is ok indicator wise on one side then it isn't the relay, I would have a look for coroded connections on the bulbholder, esp earth.

tabetha , they work fine for about ten seconds then blow the bulb , ill check to see what the wirings like
