Been on hear a while so thought i would start thread i bought the astra back in 2006 as a 1.4 with gsi kit on had it on the road 2 weeks and the engine went so decided to put a redtop in, had that in for about 3 months then belt snapped and bent 6 valves so replaced the head and was running that for a while then bottom end went so that was it decided to take it off the road and spend some money on it
this is wen a first bought it and a couple of pics wit me mates astra turbo
this when the redtop went and its off the road till it has all been panited and engine conversion
started it in 2007 by strippin it needed some work done to it started buy me mate doin the body work on it needed 2 rear quaters and 2 doors a wanted to debadge the boot and grill and got Steinmetz front splitter he got workin on that the car was all preped and ready for paint went for arden blue as i liked the colour, then i was thinking what engine to put in a wanted some thing different so vectra v6 was the plan took a bit to get it sorted but got it done my brother was on a few nights gettin the wiring done, next thing was the wheels so i converted it to 5 stud and went for mk4 sri turbo wheels .
this is it with the v6 in and pvs 08 when i won astra show and shine and it had only been on road 3 days lol
the v6 didnt last long as i came into some money and bought a c20let of a lad a new so again back in the garage me,my brother and me mates set about puttin in the LET sourced a fontera intercooler so that was fitted and then it was play time
hear it is as it stands now got loads of pictures as i went on but need to put them on computer

Shame about the door though! You got that fixed yet?
it would be good to see the before pictures too.
