hi, as per title i've just bought some ph1 GSi skirts to fit on my 5 door  (also got a GSi spoiler in on the deal all delivered for £60) which i thought was pretty good..

now i know cutting and fitting the skirts is going to create a lot of work but that doesn't really bother me, just dont really wanna **** it up.

does anybody know of a guide or hints page/section for doing it? and also, whats the best way of fitting them? its all complete apparantly so will also have the clips.

cheers

YOUR DOIN JUST AS GOOD AS ME MATE  i got a gsi spoiler and rear bumper for £25 and cost me 20 in p&p :)

why d you need to cut the skirts ? if you have a 3 door then will fit straight on ;)

and yeah thats pretty damn good mate, i was offered just rear bumper for £25, and postage would have been about the same again. am in the process of looking for bumpers, but cant afford them right now :( damn car is bleeding me dry

So I was kind of right. In an 'I can see into the future' kind of way.

That's SO much better than being right.

i'll see if i can find a diary thread from this "jordan" and see if theres any info in there.

cheers

yeah thats basically the issue im going to have with the gaps all being out..

dont really wanna smooth them into the car because i want to retain the line of the skirts.

think they'll look good on the van though once they're done, might need to get the bumpers done too then ;) lol

Jordan's Thread:

http://www.mk3oc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29798

It's in the first couple of pages.

cheers, i did manage to find it after a bit of forum searching lol.

its a good thread, though doesn't explain about the skirts that much, like cutting and bonding the parts of the door panel and rear quarter panel to fit a 5.

oh well, guess i'll just have to be extra careful when i come to it, unless Matt decides to get his done sharpish lol

alright guys. got to go to work now but ill be back on tonight and ill make a nice "how 2" for ya ;)

very good thread that:nod:

cheers by the way
