ive lost my key for my locking wheel nuts, and they have a movable outa casing so im limited 2 how i can get them out, i can only think of drilling them out, is this pretty easy 2 do

get a chissel or screw driver knock the sleev back and work 19/18/17 in that order sockets on it with a hammer then take the nuts off 
If they're genuine vaux ones you should be able to get another key, or if you know who made them and have the key code you could find a replacement.. or if not then read above
i can get a replacement key, but dont wanna wait, and dont wanna pay out the money, as im scraping the car, and want the alloys of quick, thanks 4 the advice, will give it a go
