yeh, ive been reading about the forums a bit today and found you can drop in the 2.0 turbo or the legacy 2.5 twin turbo engines, could be a good sleeper with the twin turbo engine lol

Then you would need to upgrade front brakes then remove the rear drums for discs, upgrade the suspension an so on an so on and get rather expensive, you would be better to buy a turbo with a blown engine then chuck the twin turbo in that..

well this car didnt happen as the guy who offered me a flatbed van for free took the **** and ignored everythin, (phonecalls, knocks on door) so another trawl on the net and the wife found another car, this time a mondeo mk2, needs a few things doing to it like a new set of bumpers or just fibreglass them up, and a dent taken out of the front passenger side wing, we won the car last week and the guy was ok with holding the car till today so i had the cash to pay him, so my mate ash took my down to felixstowe and i took the car for a small test drive and it drove fine, swapped £243 for a set of keys and away i was, comin back down the A14 i thought i was doin 70 until i looked at the speedo and i was cruising smoothly at 95 oops, lol.

over all apart from a few niggles on the car it was a decent buy, for now its gonna stay standard, and fix whatever may turn up for the MOT then its gonna get some decent mods and a decent service
