Club Announcement Membership Administrator role

Due to an increasing university workload and success with his band Matt has decided that he is going to hand over the role of Membership Administrator to myself, and instead will take on the vacant role of Discounts and Group Buys which isn't so time intensive.

I'm sure you'll all join me in thanking Matt for the hard work he's done in clearing the backlog of memberships packs he inherited when he took on the role. And I'm sure he'll be successfull in his new role and introduce some exciting discounts and group buys for us all to take advantage of.

The changes will take effect from midnight tonight.
