Tis the season once again. As we enter this festive time in 2025 I'd just like to say a big thanks to everyone single person who logs on to this forum. We know forums aren't as popular as they used to be now that Facebook groups and things like that have mostly taken over from the forums, but for everyone who joins up or even just comes to browse, I appreciate it massively and it helps keeps the lights switched on, theoretically.

Every year there seems to less and less MK3's on the road, in all honesty I dont actually recall seeing one out in the wild in 2025, but your support keeps us going and hopefully more will appear in 2026.

How was your Astra mk3 experience in 2025? For me personally it was a major downer, endless problems that was finally capped off with major engine failure in the V6, but things are looking up for 2026 on that front so stay tuned. Drop your MK3 wins and losses for 2025

We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to what 2026 brings, have a good one and thank you all once again for supporting us .

Cheers from Dave, Andy, Kev and myself (Rick)

Still no new mk3 for me this year - Still looking mind!

Hi, good year with Felhō ( pronounced Fell huh , Hungarian word for cloud, long story ) my 93 plate 1.4LS Estate. Went to many car shows with her down South, Yattendon was the highlight. Took my raging beast as well, an 08 RS6 with a 5 litre V10. Parked them next to each other, bonnet open on the Audi. Guess which got more attention ? Bless her cotton, she is defo more relatable. Even had a Hungarian couple come over to discuss the name ( they were famously also built in Hungary as the Opel Astra Caravan. Who came up with THAT name !!!!). Just spent £200 redoing the not-too-bad rear wheel arches and am planning on getting the underside properly protected next year. Love her to bits, she’s not going to anyone else anytime soon.

Merry Christmas Rick!

Not a lot of mk3 related things happened this year for me sadly despite my best plans but hopefully that will change in the new year fingers crossed (New home for my sport currently in the making!) :bounce:
