what other exhausts will fit on 1.8 ecotec astra? i'm havin trouble finding exhaust for my car and noise doin my head in!

After the cat, they should all fit each other I think, but the downpipe and the cat are unique to the 1.8 16v.

I know it's not the same, but a GSI complete Scorpion SS system from cat back went straight fit onto my astra, no mods needed at all 100% correct fitment for my 1.4 merit, with C14SE engine and auto box, so seems they may be all the same as said from cat back.
Exhaust is nice and quiet, but nice deep note only prob is eats every year a rear exhaust hanger rubber, but only a few quid, pita to do at side of road though!!
Mine is the single hanger type and the back box is HEAVY.

Tell me about it those rubbers are crap im using the 1s off a escort mrk6 the red rubbers work like a charm no rotting wht so eva bin on threr 18 months

cheers people. i'm just after standard exhaust, bought car and last owner has got a 4 branch manifold on the car then smashed baffels out the rest.... Think of a cross between a dragster and a dirtbike! now i know i can throw anything on i'll get it done.

For the amount you could sell that 4 branch for, you'll have enough for 3 standard exhausts
