mk4 astravan 4 to 5 stud conversion

hi ppls sorry non mk3 question but the wife still has a v6 mk3 so its acceptable lol.wana convert my mk4 astravan on a t plate 1700td vx lowblow lump fom 4 to 5 stud to fit sum pimpin wheels!
any help pls ppl what do i need ?
or if anyone has a complete set up let me know ill have a spare set of 5 4x100 toora alloys coming off it so swapsies can be arranged if need be ?

go to a scrapper mate thy done the mk4 in a 5 stud but you basicly need front bearing units on the mk4 and new hubs on the back hope this helps mate

i did think this brakes are just about nakard on the van neways so may as well replace em wid 5 stud
