Right, finally had a chance to look at the Frog.
Handbrake levers weren't as bad as I expected, sprayed them up and seem to get reasonable movement. Pads are looking thin, but should be fine. Discs are a bit of a state, but clear bands where the pads are, only seem a couple of mm thinner than the untouched rim.
Handbrake holds wheels well when up in the air, but they are still **** poor on the road.
I've gone Chavvy and gone round a car park a few times, on a left turn I can get the left wheel to lock, on a right turn the right wheel just about manages it, but not very well.
In a straight line there is no wheel lock at all, but obviously slows the car.
From a stop, the 3rd click stops the car rolling on a very slight gradient. 4th clicks pulls the rear down a touch on move off, you feel it slow and stop when you dip the clutch.
7th click is the max I can go without wrenching it, car struggles to pull away (I even stalled it).
How crap are the brakes usually on these things?
