ph1 leccy mirrors

I have searched to no avail and I would like to know if anyone knows if a 97 sport has the loom in place for leccy mirrors? I want to fit ph1 mirrors but i also want to know if the loom exists or I need to source the bits?

They certainly did phase 2's with electric mirrors but i am unsure if all models had teh woring as standard.

I'm sure there was a thread recently where someone had trouble getting phase 1 mirrors to sit flush on a phase2?
