power caps yes /no

i have one of these power caps fitted to my gsi dont like the look of it but am i getting any better performance from it being fitted as i would like to have the SFI box back on as it looks more together

From my experience with them mate they dont make any difference at all as the engine sucks the air in rather than pushed in,

It does make a difference. It moves the torque curve up the rev range abit.
They are grate for doing xe Corsa/Nova/Tigra conversions as there isnt alot of space.

I was wondering on this one too mate (not for my engine coz I know i've got an ecotec!). My brother keeps wanting one for his motor but just thought they were used when space was an issue so will let him know your comments too
