The astra saloon I own runs like a swiss watch and because of this I now have a chopper project that am working on now and then when

Its a slow going project just now but all pick up the pace when the weather gets better.

Its a suffok punch motor 75cc

engine spec

polish ported flat head, valves, piston ect....
carbon piston rings
cylinder block fully honed inside

Ive no idea what power it makeing but it revs to the moon with no drive attached to it

You should attach drive to it and see how far it revs then!!

Make sure that you dont gear it too low or it'll rev to the moon and you'll end up doing 5
