Tbh it'll vary so much between body shops depending on what exactly you'll need doing, whether you want to use genuine or pattern panels, etc..

As a guide probably between £500 and £3000

still cnt belive that was your car at one point alex no way! Yea it all depends on what the place charges for labour, the panels will be a reasonable price, as ive found out being a panel beater its just paying someone to do it. Last time i checked a corsa quarter panel was bout 180-240 so maybe the same for a mk3 or if you get genuine or non-genuine prices differ

I'm having both rear arches and fuel filler done, where he is gonna cut out the bad rust, and replace, filler, rub down, and completely resprayed for £300. I'm so looking forward to getting it down.. The chap owns a Coachwork company and does restoration on everything from Astons to ferraris..

Don't mean to be skeptical mate but i took my astra to a place that sounded the same on the top i can tell you it looked ok ish but underneath it was a nightmare thats why i am doing a proper job now, yes the coachworks place had done kind of what i wanted but i wish they had called and said hey replace the inner arches now and save some money in the long run.

Plus they made a complete balls of the left had side arch it didn't line up properly and they hadn't welded 1 side they had riveted the new arch on and ground the rivets off filler and paint.

£300 is very cheap and i wouldn't expect they give it much time and effort, make sure u have a good look around before and after the work!

Just my thoughts thats all, not all coachworks are total muppets but 300 quid its hardly worth the effort for that, materials must be a good bit!
