hi just installed a roof aerial a simple question i have a electrical connector beside the antenna connection is for earth or a live? its a spade connector with black shrouding ?

Where do you mean ,, at the old antenna position ??

its power for the signal booster.

yes its from a mk4 roof aerial ive filled in the old position and took the old electric crappy aerial off, i thought it was for a power for the signal booster the shrouding is black not brown so didint think it was earth
