I have a nicely powdercoated heat shield in my shed I'm yet to re-fit due to the bloody studs snapping lol.
Mine ended up in the bin

Will a heat shield be ok being powder coated. Wasn't sure if the heat would effect it
Aye it's done now all buttoned up and sealed. Just need the flakey stuff off underneath and and I can protect it allI've recently finished mine on the GSI so I know what you're going through.... Looks like you're getting there now though I also waxoiled mine when I finished in all the box sections and arches.
Yeah all will be car colour then the axles and sub frame etc will be powdercoatedInterested to see the raptor coating.... adding a tint to it?

It's a scrap wing dont worry. Il be fitting my red ones. And stripping them right backCame out well for rattle cans.... I'd be taking it all off if you do go over with a 2k though (with all the problems I've had and all). Or maybe it's just me with the bad luck lol. Seems like some paints in rattle cans are ok, like the rear black panel on my boot that's lasted years and years.
