Yes Ash if all goes well. It's not running well at the moment but I guess a run out will do it some good. I've got the radiator back in but I'm chasing leaks at the moment as I've disturbed a few pipes trying to flush the system.

Yup, even after 3 re-jiggles. Not too bothered as I've got to get that off again to do stat change. Thermostat is definitely stuck open, will change that after next weekend in case it all goes wrong and the car is undriveable

I had the same problem when I put my engine in. Change the position of the jubilee clip until you find the sweet spot make sure the housing is nice and clean too

No antifreeze in at the moment, forecast down to 1 degree overnight. Is it worth the risk or should I put some in?, if I have any!!

At only 1 degree it will be fine. Its when it starts getting to -2ish you need to worry
