it sits about 15mm or so lower at the front than the rear, what do ppl think??? they are 40mm springs.

mine sits lower on front than rear and has done on the 3 astras I've had. Think it's normal to sit like that.

its quite bouncy too, like the springs cant cope with the weight, but again that could be the standard dampers cant cope with the springs??????

It's a good 1 1/2" lower than mine at front, I have GSI std eibach springs.
Bouncing isn't the spring, it's defo the damper/shock, must be well shot or vauxhal ones as the std vaux stuff is fairly crap on the normal non sporty versions.

thanx for the replys ppl, think im going to invest in a set of springs for a 2.0 as im unsure of the origin of mine but if there 40mm and sitting the same as 60mm then they must be for the 1.4/1.6 models, also goin to have a look at a new set of dampers. money, money, money!

front springs could be lower than the front ones?
