Lol sorry for the dodgey threads :hang: :sorry:

I've got a strut brace on the way, hope it fits :o

Anyway just wondering, it's an omp jobbie so goes all the way around the top strut mounts, by the looks of things. Those nuts, if i loosen them what happens, do i need to hold anything in place or am i missing something? Will it be a simple: loosen nuts, remove nuts, place in brace, tighten up nuts or are the threads the nuts secure to going to dissapear never to be found again

Also will the windscreen washer tank need to be removed, if so is it just the one visible bolt that holds that in place?

Cheers for the help, might as well get the :hang: questions out the way before it gets here so i can see if it fits straight away :)

Cheers, Ben.

Lol Simples! Cheers bud.

How come them nuts are there then, are they holding the thread in place which is holding the top mounts in place?!

Yes they do hold the top mount. But the bottom of the strut is held in on the wishbone, you could say secured by the tierod and also the weight of the car on the wheels so it shouldnt go anywhere. They arent usually rusted either, protected under the bonnet and above the top mount.

Good luck
